In our 30 years of operation our customers have been assured 100% safety whilst in our modern fleet. We are the only company with passengers risk insurance of 2 million Fijian  dollars and our safety record is unparalleled in game fishing

Terms and Conditions

These are the terms and conditions of Game fishing in denarau. Please read them and if you have any queries do not hesitate to contact us. These terms and conditions are in effect once we have accepted your booking either via phone, email or in person.

General Rules:

• Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the departure time of your trip (at our booth located at  port denarau marina)
• Please wear enclosed footwear for safety reasons.

Bookings and Payments:

We require a 30% pre-booking deposit which can be paid via credit card to reserve your boat for a particular day.

The balance of 70% must be cleared before boarding the vessel.

Cancellations and Refunds:

• Game fishing in Denarau requires 3 days’ notice if you wish to cancel your booking. However, if notice is given less than 3 days’ notice you are then liable to pay 50% for the booking (we may charge the balance of 20 % on your credit card for the trip booked).On an instance of no show and cancellation within 24 hours of departure 100% forfeiture will be required
• If a person gets motion sickness whilst on the trip and requests to be returned back to shore, than the captain may suggest alternatives to assist the person overcome this aberration,however no refund will be given.
• Game fishing in Denarau will not be held liable for loss of personal belongings and injuries due to carelessness .

Weather:

• All charters are subject to suitable weather conditions and we reserve the right to cancel any trip due to bad  or stormy weather via short notice.
• You may nominate a full refund of deposit or transfer your deposit to an alternative date if your trip has been cancelled by Game Fishing in Denarau  due to weather.
• If you decide to cancel or change dates after reservation, you can do so free of charge up to 3 Days in Advance before your trip date.

Safety On Baord :

• A safety brief is given on board before departure.
• All customers must declare any pre-existing medical conditions or any medication prior to booking and departure (as some people may require special attention).
• We have the right to ask any customer to wear a life jacket at any time.
• All children under 16 need to be accompanied by an adult (and they must wear a life jacket at all times).
• Those who are unable to swim are asked to wear a life jacket at all times.

Customer Behaviour:

•  If we find that there has been loss or damage to our equipment or vessel due to negligence or unruly behavior then the customer will be liable for replacement or repair of the item.
•  The Skipper reserves the right to cancel a trip and payment forfeited if unruly or unsafe behavior is displayed.

Cancellations and Refunds:

• Alcohol is allowed onboard the vessel, however responsible consumption of alcohol is expected.
• The Skipper reserves the right to: refuse alcohol onboard if he deems it to be unsafe, refuse a passenger onboard the vessel if they are under the influence of alcohol and can cancel the trip with no refund.

Pricing

• The price of the trips are calculated based on the number of hours the person wants to go and number of Passengers.  As the company runs long over week charters  the cost may vary on that factors such as accommodation  onboard the boat , meals and  rental of Fishing gear  is accounted for.
